We collect the following data:

• Last name, first name, email address upon registration
• Phone number (optional)
• Identity documents (ID, driving license) to validate reservations
• Payment data (processed by certified providers — KiraCars does not store banking data)
• Booking history

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used to:

• Manage your account and reservations
• Verify your identity with the agencies
• Send booking confirmations and notifications
• Improve the platform (anonymized statistics)

4. Data retention

Your data is kept for the duration of your relationship with KiraCars, plus a period of 2 years after your last activity. Identity documents are deleted 6 months after the end of the last rental.

5. Your rights

In accordance with Tunisian law No. 2004-63 of July 27, 2004, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure (subject to legal obligations)
